Brook Street Revruitment is working on behalf of our client in the Dargan Road area to recruir a new full time and permanent Sales Support Executive

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering outstanding customer service in every interaction

Preparing quotes and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Keeping customer records up to date

Supporting the wider sales team as needed

Producing KPI reports as required

Making outgoing customer calls (note: no cold calling involved)

Criteria:

Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent

People Skills: Excellent communicator with empathy and a personable approach

Motivation: Results-driven and committed to high-quality service

Team Spirit: A reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

1+ years' experience in sales or customer service

A track record of building relationships with business and corporate clients

Familiarity with using a computerised Management Information System

Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude
