Job Description

This role is remote temporary role working 37.5 hours/week Monday-Friday from a home office and will be on 3rd party agency payroll.

The role will perform sales operations tasks under the direction of the Senior Key Account Manager. This position is critical to ensure our Canadian OES customers receive timely accurate data from Bosch.

Prepare pivot tables and reports for each OES customer. This includes top selling product sales, top selling dealers, and specific categories as required by customers.Prepare price quotationsPrepare financial approval requests using Bosch templates. Route and monitor progress.Prepare product questionnairesAssist sales and marketing with creating product promotionsData mine to support Bosch and customer initiativesResolve customer escalations such as return goods authorizations, service parts requests, and credit/rebill follow up via email and phone.Create OES cross reference tablesReinstate part numbersSupport special projects as requestedMay perform additional tasks as requested

QualificationsRecent grad from a Business, Data Analytics or related Degree or Diploma programOne year of related experience considered an asset  Intermediate to excellent proficiency in ExcelIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and MS TeamsExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishStrong organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and with a teamExperience making outbound customer service phone callsSalesforce experience an assetExperience using AI such as ChatGPT an assetExperience working in the automotive industry an asset
