Sales Support Administrator II

JOB DUTIES:

Complete administrative work associated with the sales process to include high-volume estimated ship dates, order tracking, and part substitution options Address incoming calls/emails regarding ship dates, tracking, and product lead times  Identify opportunities for process improvement, and correct procedural or systemic problems. Provide outstanding customer service and assist with the resolution of customer inquiries. Drive business growth through accurate and timely responses to customers  Understand ADI/Resideo products, systems, and procedures  Understand/knowledge of price quotes and project registration process Provide Excellent Customer Service Take ownership of requests/tasks and drive them to closure Work with Analysts to understand report/metric development based on customer needs 

 

YOU MUST HAVE: 

Prior customer service experience  Some experience in the field
