Sales Support Administrator
Description We are partnering with a well-established distribution company in the MetroWest area that is looking to add a skilled and proactive Sales Support detail oriented to their team. This position is ideal for someone with experience supporting distributor networks and sales teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will provide critical support to the sales organization by assisting with a wide range of activities that directly impact sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating and preparing materials for sales presentations and internal/external meetings, compiling sales reports and analytics, assisting with pricing and product information requests, and managing key project timelines in partnership with sales reps and leadership. You will also serve as a point of contact for vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate communication, and excellent service. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team in managing and tracking ongoing sales initiatives and customer projects Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Maintain and update CRM systems and shared documentation as needed Conduct sales data analysis to help drive business insights and performance tracking Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items Serve as a liaison between sales, operations, vendors, and customers to ensure accurate and timely communication Assist with product information updates, sample coordination, and order status tracking Qualifications: 2+ years of sales support or administrative experience, preferably within a distribution or manufacturing environment Experience supporting field sales or working directly with distributors Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team This is a great opportunity to join a stable and growing organization that values teamwork, reliability, and quality service.
