The Sales Support Admin I support on order processing, sales information management, data entry and input. Said supported areas will be assisted through e-mail, phone, and virtual meetings. Coordinator will be the internal and external client’s single point of contact in coordinating and aligning multiple functionalities, procedures, and solutions to and for in between segments.
Accountabilities:
Support key metrics tracking for the sales and services organization.
Support operation processes related to coding, access, desk copies, flyers, course enrollment etc.
Record account related activity in appropriate internal systems
Ensure data integrity and quality across key reporting systems to provide consistency of data.
Manage daily account and customer maintenance, as required.
Proactively execute and provide guidance on sales team as needed on any back-office tasks.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to continually improve processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
Develop and maintain relationships with enabling functions particularly (Stakeholder onshore and offshore, IT, HR, Finance and likes) to facilitate effective collaboration and execution of organizational objectives.
Document relevant operations process workflow.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder or Completed at least 2 years level in College (no back subjects/incomplete units )
Has a team player mindset with innovative ideas and strong attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree holder or completed 2 years in College
The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales flows, product data, and quality assurance principles
Salesforce experience preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills required
Logical thinker, with effective communication skills
Strong organizational skills are required to provide timely and consistent support
Projects a positive attitude with co-workers & clients
Highly self-motivated, team and goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit
Highly detail-oriented with a strong desire to produce accurate and quality work
Proficient with Microsoft Office
