Job Description
The LN Canada Sales Support Administrator is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support to both internal and external customers. This role partners closely with client services, sales operations, and sales and service team members to drive greater efficiencies with processes, reporting, tools, etc to improve service, sales productivity as well as assist external customers in issue resolution.

Support key metrics tracking for the sales and services organization Support operation processes related to order processing, and order submittalResolve Biling Issues and ConcernsRecord account related activity in appropriate internal systems Ensure data integrity and quality across key reporting systems to provide consistency of data Manage daily account and customer maintenance, as required Proactively execute and provide guidance on sales and service requests including processing and tracking contracts, customer entitlements, firm changes, credit management, etc Collaborate with sales and service teams to continually improve processes and procedures to improve efficiency Develop and maintain relationships with enabling functions (Finance, Operations, VC, IT, HR) to facilitate effective collaboration and execution of organizational objectives Document relevant operations process workflow Other duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree holder or completed at least 2 years of college (no back subject) with 3 years’ work experience in a similar setting (Sales, Technical Support, Administrative and/or Customer Services)
Preferably with experience in Fulfillment Operations, Credentialing or Collections Background
Extensive knowledge in GCRM, Peoplesoft, Power Invoice, and My Lexis
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills (essential)
Ability to communicate with staff at all levels within a business (essential)
Advance MS Tools and electronic document managing systems
Can work seamlessly with other departments, management and external customers
Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to details.
Ability to Analyze data from various sources and produce reporting
Strong Time Management skills, very decisive and results oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines
