Description
We are looking for a meticulous PAT TIME Sales Support Admin to assist our sales team with administrative tasks and operational coordination. Based in San Francisco, California, this long-term contract position offers an opportunity to collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless hotel sales and management processes. The work hours will either be Mon-Friday 8AM-12PM OR Tuesday-Thursday 8AM-2:30PM = 20 hours total per week
Responsibilities:
• Utilize computer software tools, such as word processing and spreadsheets, to create contracts, correspondence, forms, and other documents.
• Distribute and transport documents to appropriate locations to ensure timely processing, including handling materials weighing up to 10 pounds and accessing storage areas up to 6 feet high.
• Manage individual reservations for clients, ensuring all arrangements, including upgrades, are coordinated accurately with relevant departments.
• Organize and maintain essential records by filing and retrieving documents in designated binders and systems.
• Follow attendance policies and maintain a consistent work schedule to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with hotel and supplier staff through clear written and verbal communication to support efficient processes.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned to support departmental goals.

Requirements
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer interactions with tact, patience, and diplomacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to accurately input data into computer systems.
• Capacity to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including standing or sitting for extended periods and managing filing systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with adaptability to address diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with tools and concepts such as CRM, ERP solutions, and billing functions is advantageous.
