The F&B Japan Business support is responsible for (1) handling general administrative tasks (receiving phone calls, creating order and sales data, processing invoices, sending samples, supporting foreign visitors, etc.) (2) creating quotation and customer care as outside sales support (3) collecting purchase plan information from a part of domestic food and beverage manufacturers and agents

This position reports to the F&B Division Manager Japan and is part of the F&B Japan & Korea located in Tokyo Japan and will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

General affairs for F&B Japan division , Support for F&B Japan and outside sales Prepare quotations and handle internal processing after receiving orders.Checking product demand for a part of domestic customers and agents and creating annual sales plans

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s degree or Junior college3+ years of working experience (industry experience or sales experience not required)Communication skills, problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn

・大学及び短大卒業以上

・社会人経験３年以上（業界経験・営業経験不問）

■語学力

・日本語：流暢レベル以上

・英語：勉強する意欲のある方（ビジネス英語を勉強中の方歓迎）

■あれば尚可/歓迎するスキル・知識・ご経験

・エクセル中級レベル（関数使用可能レベル）

・SAP使用経験

・日常会話レベルの英語力
