• 2+ years of experience in a support role in Financial Markets, the Energy industry or adjacent markets but we are open to considering graduates • Ability to independently interact with internal and external stakeholders of different seniority • A disciplined approach to risk management and the ability to intuitively understand and evaluate risk versus reward • Numerical fluency and strong communication and interpersonal skills • Fluency in Japanese and English is essential given the client relationships you will be managing.
