The Sales Support, National Construction role is responsible for supporting the construction business across LGE and will collaborate with both internal and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the creation and execution of all proposals and RFQ’s for construction projects across LGE.Create and implement new account set up.Point of contact for all customer services issues, answering questions and resolving problems.Focuses on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problems.Ensures ongoing accuracy of customer and product information.Assists sales teams with securing customers by preparing analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow up documentation as appropriate.Solves range of straightforward problems and delivers solutions in a timely manner.Makes recommendations to external customers.Coordinates projects and internal customers across regions within LGE.
