Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
Develops and implements solutions, product packages, and software applications with their team.Identifies and cultivates new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, networking.Understands customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicates the ability of ABB’s solutions to address those needs.Coordinates the product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of ABB’s solutions.Supports in preparing sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new businesses.Keeps track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.Supports the Application Sales Manager in preparing accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and other sales-related information.Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.What it takes to Run what runs the world
B.Sc. or above degree preferably on electrical or automation.> 5 years’ working experience in the electrification products, better be familiar with eHouse products and system.More than 3 years’ experience on engineering design, market/Sales development.LV Switchgear or Digital application knowledge and experience is an advantage.Channel development experience is an advantage.Strong determination, perseverance, cross-cultural sensitivity.Very good sense of customer support, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Has strong communication and presentation skillUnderstanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms.Has the knowledge of developing new channel/distributor and OEM partner independentlyFluent written and spoken communication skills in mandarin and English.Be Proactive, high level of self-motivation, self-starterGood at English both writing and oralA mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvementWhy ABB?
