Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the formulation of sales, pricing, and marketing strategies based on market characteristics and organizational goals.Analyze sales data and performance metrics.Engage with customers, introduce products, explain their applications and competitive advantages, and negotiate until finalizing deals.Maintain and update the database of potential clients and convert leads into actual customers.Gather and address customer feedback promptly and efficiently.Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.Supervise and oversee all activities of the sales department.Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

At least a Master’s degree in Management or an MBA degree.A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, is necessaryAt least 8 years of proven experience in sales within the construction materials industry.In-depth knowledge of the construction materials market.Strong leadership, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
