Achieving company sales targets within the territory, focusing on key customers.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.Conducting daily field visits with the sales team to monitor performance and in-store KPIs.Providing solutions to achieve sales targets and drive growth.Implementing sales fundamentals like Availability, Visibility, and Planogram according to company standards.Planning and reviewing sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.Supervising and motivating the sales team to exceed goals.
Candidate Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with strong leadership and coaching skills.Gender preference: Male.
