Sales Strategy Manager – (JOEM / KOEM)

Forvia Hella is seeking its next great Sales Strategy Manager to join our team. The primary function of this role will be to manage a broad scope of commercial and program responsibilities. This role serves as a key interface between our customers and internal cross-functional teams, driving global coordination, strategic planning, and execution to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and business performance within the Americus region.

Daily Responsibilities

Support development and execution of the regional customer strategy in alignment with global direction.Drive transparency and alignment between regional and global teams to ensure consistent customer messaging and strategic execution (pricing alignment, change management, global quote support ect).Coordinate major commercial initiatives, including annual price negotiations and contract renewals, in close partnership with sales leadership.Partner with project management, logistics, engineering, and finance teams to ensure customer expectations are met while conducting program oversight.Help maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with customer contacts at various levels.
Escalate potential risks, misalignments, or emerging issues to sales leadership with proposed actions.
