Key responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of ELIP products and solutions within the german market, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
This role is contributing to the ELIP in GERMANY Main stakeholders are all electrical wholesale in Germany, their customer like industry and electrical installers and their end-users of the solutions.

Qualifications for the role
You are highly skilled in applying modern sales methodologies (solution selling, key account management, and CRM-driven processes) and are fully engaged in the electrical wholesale and industrial automation market.You have over 10 years of experience in B2B sales and account management, including working as a sales manager with electrical components, cable protection systems, and energy-efficient technologies.You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing and Sales, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading customer-focused projects across the DACH region (or equivalent proven experience).You are at ease communicating in German and English (both written and spoken).Benefits
