Your role and responsibilitiesMission StatementTo drive Light Industry initiative in NCR regions and bring a business for Drive products Division.Work model: on site #LI-onsiteThis role belongs to Motion Business for Drive products division, based in Faridabad, IndiaYou will be mainly accountable for:Budget, Planning and Execution•\tAchieve the sales target of Light Industries (HVAC/Water/F&B/Solar) segment with in NCR for Drive Products division. To Primarily focus on Light Industries Market through Partners.•\tLook for new customer, opportunity untapped by ABB. Achieve the order target month on month and collect the overdue in time.•\tWork together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth.Market Development•\tDo inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition. Work closely with the partners for Light Industries and share success stories. Sell with proper product positioning.Ownership•\tFull commitment to meet the budget numbers. Co-ordinate with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed. Interact regularly with CP/EPC/OEM’s sales engineer to drive them to meet commitment.MIS•\tRegularly give update on business done product line wise and market wise. Prepare monthly MIS and submit to stake holders.
Qualifications for the role\tQualification: Diploma/BE/ BTech - Electrical or similar discipline,\t6+ years’ experience in front end sales with strong knowledge on the Product bundles in Industrial Automation with Drives, Automation & Servo Products is preferred\tAggressive and result oriented, should know to sell volumes and values. Good communication skills.Key Focus Areas and Opportunities for Impact\tDriving systematic business growth in alignment with strategic pricing and channel policies\tCollaborating closely with demanding CP/OEM /SI/EU, providing end-to-end support to strength-en partnerships\tConsistently achieving quarterly targets, reflecting strong performance and market responsive-ness\tBuilding and nurturing customer relationships through 30–35 strategic meetings per month
