Sales Specialist HighPlex PSX builds relationships with academia and industry, achieving sales goals by understanding customer needs.Role & Responsibilities

Grow overall revenue for the HighPlex Portfolio.Understand the major drivers and limitations of the market in the relevant territory.Continuously improve territory visibility by handling contacts and projects, and improving win rates.Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) using strong scientific knowledge.Drive the externalization strategy by working with Core Labs, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and other potential strategies.Identify and map key accounts.Handle the growth of Service Providers under assigned responsibility.Coordinate existing and new biomarker discovery projects within these accounts.Provide technical presentations to potential clients interested in protein biomarker discovery.Provide study design mentorship in collaboration with the Field Application Scientist team to ensure client happiness.Propose solutions to clients and understand the value drivers within their organizations.Maintain updated customer and opportunity information in Salesforce.Learn and systematically apply the Sales Process.Stay informed about competitors’ products and technologies.Collaborate with Sales peers responsible for MidPlex and be passionate about growing revenues with current HighPlex customers.Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Field Application Scientists (FAS), Data Scientists, Scientific Affairs, and the wider organization to increase commercial success.
