This role is remote / home based and mainly covers Opolskie and Śląskie regions. The position holder must be located near these regions.

The Castrol entity is located in Warsaw, the official work address will be in Warsaw.

You will implementing the sales plan and developing sales of lubricant products in the designated area in the following market segments:

unauthorized workshops 

spare parts distributor branches

traditional distributors

automotive spare parts stores.

The purpose of the position is to achieve the sales targets by supporting existing business partners and acquiring new customers within the current commercial offer. The job holder defines and implements the annual sales plan and marketing activities in the region in accordance with the overall Automotive plan.

In this role You will:

1. Implement the regional sales plan:

Work with the team to prepare and implement the Automotive strategy at the distributor headquarters and regional levels in order to achieve common goals and maximize growth in accordance with the Sales Policy

Develop and support the distributors' sales force to win customers for the Castrol brand

Prepare and agree joint programs with Distributors and implements them at the region/branch level of parts distributors

Work with relevant marketing departments on planning joint marketing campaigns

Manage the marketing budget and ensure execution according to plan

Implement centrally agreed sales and marketing campaigns (promotions, sales force programs, training) in their region

Organize incentive programs for the sales force

Support the sales force in acquiring new customers within the current sales and marketing offer

Ensure the development of sales force competencies – implement a coaching program

Conduct product and technical training for the sales force and their customers in the region

Support the work of the sales force in their region through joint visits to customers

Ensure the branding of the Spare Parts Distributors' branches – Castrol POS communication, current sales promotions and product demos

2. Monitor and analyze sales reports

3. Prepare and present market reports to superiors

4. Report visits in the Salesforce system in accordance with accepted rules

What You will need to be successful:

Minimum secondary education

Valid driver's license (category B)

Minimum 3 years of sales experience preferrably in the automotive industry

Experience in working with distributors would be an advantage

English language at communication level, fluent in Polish language
