Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the defined digital sales strategy in your specified market scope (global/regional) effectively, to improve ABB’s market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. Each day, you will execute digital sales strategy and initiatives within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative digital sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a critical contributor to the digital customer base growth.

You will be mainly accountable for post-sales activities such as:
Helping sales channel partners and end users with the installation, configuration and commissioning of ABB digital technologies, leveraging on holistic sales support approach.Following up project executions of sales channel partners and end users.Training sales channel partners and end users on ABB digital technologies to increase customer engagement.Test and validate new products and solutions.Reducing the churn rate of digital solutions.Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships (including customers’ Digital stakeholders) to understand customer their needs, promoting customer their understanding of full ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligning with them to provide a solution.Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Qualifications for the Role You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with digital tools, products and solutions in the electrical or automation market.You have more than 7 years of experience in field service roles in the electrical or industrial automation market.Possess an enhanced knowledge of electricity, industrial&building automation and IoT technologies.You are passionate about testing Hardware and Software solutions and helping customers to reach their business goals.You are at ease communicating in Spanish and English.What’s in it for you?
