Your role: Sales Specialist Digital

Are you both commercially and technically minded? Want to make an impact at the intersection of digitalisation and sustainable industry? Perfect.

As a Sales Specialist Digital, you’re the connector between customers, sales, and technology. You’ll guide our European clients towards smart digital solutions — from concept to execution. Think remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, and smart services. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly: technically, commercially, and operationally.

You’ll be based at our Rotterdam office, with the option to work from home part of the week. You’ll join our Motion Service team — a collaborative and down-to-earth group always ready to help each other out.

What you’ll do

Collaborate with sales and customers to find the best digital and practical solutions

Present tailored digital offerings that really land

Spot trends and translate customer needs into real opportunities

Help shape pricing strategies that are fair and sustainable

Coordinate actions across countries and ensure digital solutions are successfully implemented

Support smooth execution after a deal: from hardware to subscriptions and connectivity

Work closely with technical experts — or handle things yourself when you can

What you bring

A bachelor’s degree (e.g. in engineering or technical business studies)

Experience in a technical-commercial role

Affinity with or curiosity about digital solutions

Familiarity with drive technology is a plus

Strong coordination and communication skills

Fluency in English (Dutch is a bonus!)
