The Job At-A-Glance:
Q2 is looking for a high-energy, results driven sales professional with sound business acumen and natural sales and marketing instincts to join our Sales organization as a Sales Specialist Analyst. In this role, candidates will be helping support a team of Sales Specialists who significantly contribute to the overall growth and success of both our organization and our clients. The ideal Analyst is an outgoing, organized, and thoughtful relationship builder who knows how to inspire action and creatively solve problems. Your goal is to develop, execute, and track sales campaigns for banking institutions across the United States while streamlining the sales process for Sales Specialists.
A Typical Day:
· Generate and qualify leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and direct mail campaigns.
· Plan and implement projects that support the sales specialist teams.
· In partnership with Sales Specialists, create, maintain, and deliver strategic territory management plan.
· Assist in administrative tasks such as creating newsletters, demo scheduling, and reporting.
· Own documentation and tracking on lead generation activity and results in Salesforce.
· Help align FI needs/goals with Q2 solutions to drive optimal value.
· Schedule and participate in discovery calls with clients and Sales Specialists.
· Attend monthly calls with CSMs and Product Owners.
· Participate in marketing events and trade show follow up.
· Maintain successful relationships with clients, Client Success Managers, Sales Specialists, Product and Marketing colleagues.
· Maintain client reference lists for assigned products.
Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:
· Typically requires a degree and 2+ years of previous sales, marketing, and/or sales support experience.
· Understanding of and successful experience with complex sales processes.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
· Strong organization and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
· Previous experience working with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong is a plus.
· Ability to travel up to 10% of the time during normal business operating times.
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
