This Position reports to:
Sales Manager
We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Sales Specialist. The person employed in this position will be responsible for cooperation with Clients in the field of sale of control systems and comprehensive industrial automation solutions.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Ensuring a high level of customer service
Obtaining information about the investment and renovation plans of customers
Initiating, developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers at all business levels (technicians, managers, directors and management) through direct meetings
Implementing individual and group sales plans
Ensuring access to information materials for current and potential customers
Selecting the optimal technical solution in cooperation with the Technical Department
Participating in the preparation of offers in the technical and commercial area and monitoring submitted offers
Analysis of market needs in the field of automation for the broadly understood energy industry, including generation of electricity and heat, transmission, storage and processing of oil and gas and the chemical industry
Conducting presentations on the offered portfolio of products and advanced solutions dedicated to the energy industry
Participating in conferences and seminars
Qualifications for the role
Higher technical education
Knowledge of solutions in the field of process automation
Knowledge of English allowing fluent communication
Ease of learning and getting to know modern technologies and technical solutions
Great interpersonal skills that facilitate establishing and maintaining contacts
Analytical, open, easy to learn
Independence, self-discipline and good work organization
High availability for business trips
Driving license category B
