As we help you combine your technical education with consultative sales best practices, you will accelerate enterprises' success by providing award winning solutions across Cloud, Data & AI, Security and Automation. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Solution-Selling: Learn and employ solution-selling techniques to identify and engage decision makers and influencers, qualify business opportunities, and respond to clients' needs. * Client Management: Manage a dedicated client set and define, confirm and communicate the differentiated value of IBM's technology at both the technical and business level. * Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process and ensure delivery against KPIs, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts. * Collaboration with IBM Ecosystem: Collaborate with the broader IBM sales ecosystem, from Marketing to Sales and technical colleagues, to IBM Business Partners, in order to build sales campaigns and incremental pipeline **Required technical and professional expertise** We are looking a professionals who bring technical expertise (DATA AI, Automation, Cloud platforms) paired with a commercial mindset and sales-driven approach. This role is responsible for discussing technical engagements with clients across our strategic accounts. The individual should act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting opportunity qualification, solution design, and value articulation of hybrid cloud and software solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding with a consultative, client-centric mindset, helping move deals forward while ensuring solution integrity. 1.Prior experience in technical sales roles, such as Technical Sales Specialist, Solution Architect, or Client Technical Professional (CTP). 2. Exposure to enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles. 3. Strategic thinking and ability to identify white space and cross-sell opportunities. 4. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical content into business value. 5. Ability to co-create solutions with technical stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs) and support Account Teams in complex pursuits. 6. Experience with IBM Software Portfolio (Red Hat, Data & AI, Automation, Security) or similar technologies. 8. Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership, high energy. 9. Naturally curious and passionate about technology innovation. 10. Collaborative mindset, able to work across sales, product, and delivery teams. 11.
