**Job Description**

**Working with us gives you a great opportunity to lead and drive the business of the branded channel by working with different teams in local, APAC and global.**
**Core Responsibilities**
**1. Planograms execution:**
+ Ensure effective Assortment & Space Optimization : Responsible for creating and assigning specific planograms for our retail stores to use.
+ Work with Brand Manager, KAM, and Operations to develop the planograms' strategy according to merchandising and display guidelines, and improve overall sales productivity
+ Conduct fact-based analysis to offer space/product recommendations and business opportunities.
+ Collaborate with the KAM to build core assortment for all store format and ensure timely submission of assortment for monthly resets(Assortment Management Tool)
+ Process planograms in and out to ensure visual merchandising and accurate documentation
+ Support and guide in providing relevant insights for distribution review, and evaluation of category performance by stores formats"
**2. Managing SSM(Super Super Market) account** :
1) Customer Relationship Management:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Super Supermarket (SSM) activities.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
2) Marketing Strategy and Execution:
+ Develop, implement, and lead marketing strategies that align with clients' needs and goals.
+ Plan and implement various promotional activities and sales initiatives.
+ Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to enhance strategy and report on progress.
3) Customer Service and Management:
+ Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
+ Address any customer complaints or issues promptly."
**3. Support and Assist KAMs:**
+ Support KAMs to achieve common sales goals as ONE TEAM.
+ Support KAM’ daily work such as CS analysis by store/theme, promo execution, Inter-store stock transfer and order proposal
+ Support KAMs to plan, execute and close trade investment activities in company system (CTM, TPM, TPX) to assure actual and plan matches monthly
+ Preparing documentation for novelty listing; Listing estimate(Excel), Novelty intro(PPT), Inserting item details page in EDI

**Do you have what it takes?**
Bachelor’s degree or above, in a business-related field or equivalent working experience
+ Proactive and self-motivated attitude
+ Cross-functional collaboration
+ Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
+ Advanced level of MS Excel is required
+ Curious and passion for learning!
