Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated EPC oversea market in accordance with company strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities and promote the bidding rate. The work model for the role is: {onsite/hybrid/remote.This role is contributing to the Electrification business area.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tsales performanceSells products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.•\tCustomer relations Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience.•\tEPC Subindustry Management Identify and promote new market opportunities in EPC sub-industry, collect market information and industry dynamic information, formulate sub-industry sales strategy, and implement. •\tAdministration Manages administrative procedures in sales process and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor’s or master’s degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred)\tAt least 3 year’s sales experience in related industries; Strong sales competency and passion, knowledge and experience in electrical equipment sales is preferred.\tStrong learning ability; customer orientation; Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity\tResult driven, Strong interpersonal and communication skills with teamwork spirit.
