Title and Summary

Sales specialist , Cross Border Services

Overview:
The candidate will be part of the “Mastercard Cross Border Services” sales team and will demonstrate the initiative and ownership as an individual contributor, raise the bar and challenge the boundaries to corner new payment flows using Mastercard Cross Border Services product.

Role:
The candidate will ensure that “Mastercard Cross Border Services” products strategy is implemented in close alignment to market objectives and deliver commercial product launches and success.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
•\tMeet the volume and scale objectives for Mastercard Cross Border Services in Jordan by shaping and aligning the product to the go-to-market strategy.
•\tPartner with global and regional product teams to understand product capabilities, provide inputs to ensure market needs are addressed, synergize with other initiatives, and ensure ongoing coordination for smooth operation of the product in market.
•\tTo conduct sale and marketing activities and create awareness about the Mastercard Cross Border Services.
•\tPlanning and overseeing marketing initiatives, Increasing the current customer base.
•\tDevelop relationship with agent partner branches, Provide customer and agent support.
•\tTo improve overall business in the given region by achieving the assigned targets

All About You:
Qualification and Experience:
•\tAt least Bachelor’s degree
•\tExperience in the marketing and sale field
•\tExperience in remittances field
•\tExposure to mobile money/card payment industry

Skills and Competencies:
•\tStrong product and problem-solving acumen
•\tProven sales, negotiation, communication skills
•\tTeam player, comfortable working in a large matrix organization, willing to lead, build consensus and determined to get things done in time
•\tComfortable working in a dynamic environment where rapid or sudden changes are not unusual
•\tFluent in English and Arabic.
