This Position reports to:

Global Sales Manager

 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive working relationships with assigned channel partners at all levels of their organization. Responsibilities include assisting with project quotations, order management, customer training, stock maintenance, and order analysis to position ABB as a preferred vendor.  Develop small contractor accounts in support of your channel partner’s inventory

The work model for the role will be hybrid in the NYC/NJ area.  #LI-Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and margin with channel partnersCreate and manage SPAs for strategic partners and end usersAssist channel partners with inventory planningPlan and lead marketing activities with channel partnersDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with assigned small electrical contractors

Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field8+ years of sales experienceExperience with complex contact negotiationsDemonstrated knowledge of the electrical industry and ABB productsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsSix Sigma or equivalent Quality training preferredAbility to utilize analytical software and sales toolsCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
