Sales & Account Management

Create an effective action plan to achieve the annual budget for sales territoriesCreative in sales proposals to maximize sales potential for sales accountsSales conversion of competitors’ users to ZEISS equipmentAccount management through measurable development plan, identifying growth areas to drive greater share of wallet.Build relationship with existing and prospective customers

Clinical Application

Provide basic clinical application support on pre & post sales of OPT (Ophthalmology) - CDM(Diagnostics) equipment including ZEISS Digital Solutions.

KOL Management

Identify potential KOLs based on product focus.Working with internal stakeholders (Product Consultants, Product Managers, Professional Education Managers) on engagement plans for KOLs

Marketing

Plan and coordinate workshop/talk for continuous education for users

Education

University degree in Optometry, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field

Experience

At least 3 to 7 years’ experience in Sales / Business Development in the Ophthalmology equipment industry or medical device capital equipmentExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics

Excellent selling and negotiation skillsExcellent team playerHigh customer and commercial orientationGood command of written and spoken English
