Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job DescriptionSupport stations/regions efforts to drive revenue and deliver customer service both internally and with clientsExecute broadcast and digital order entryPerform order maintenance throughout campaign flightSend preempt reports to station/regions account managersCommunicate and confirm all order changes or makegoods to buying agencyRegularly check coding on TP/high-profile events for accuracySend Pre and Post logs to clients as requestedAssist traffic with locating instructions and other campaign materialsAssist to creating and managing advertiser/agency codesPost flight invoice maintenance, adjustments, edits as necessaryCoordinate with agency and station/regions account managers to resolve any billing discrepanciesWork closely with various levels of management and staff within marketing, sales, programming, and finance departments at stations

QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in sales support or sales operations with working knowledge in broadcast traffic and sales order systemsBachelors degreeBilingual-English/Spanish preferredMust have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United StatesInterested candidate must submit resume/CV through www.nbcunicareers.com to be considered

Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
