Pay is $19.00 - $22.00/hr Position Summary:
As a Sales Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic sales initiatives in your assigned sales region, collaborating closely with the Sales Team in that area. Your responsibilities will encompass tasks focused on executing our Smart Stock program, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing merchandising and sales support. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers in the sales region and supporting the Sales Team in addressing their needs and concerns. Your professionalism and business execution are critical contributions to driving business forward for our customers, vendors, and ourselves.
Position Responsibilities:Maintaining a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.Maintenance and execution of the Smart Stock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising activities).Identifying and reducing out-of-stocks on shelves.Ensuring products are fresh and within date code parameters.Attending to customer needs and concerns promptly.Ensuring plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.Identifying display opportunities and maximizing display positioning.Ensuring that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.The ideal candidate should possess:Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to travel 5 days per week.Must have reliable transportation to travel to convenience stores & customer locations Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Strong oral & written communication skillsExcellent customer service skills Self-motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detailRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided).Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper valid insurance.1+ years of working experience in a customer service, merchandising or sales position.Preferred Qualifications:Food Service or Convenience Store Industry experience is desiredPay: $19.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
