Sales & Service Operation Specialist

Position Summary

​This role is to provide timely and quality support on full spectrum sales process and activities to SMS team in mainland China

Main Tasks

Order Processing & Quotation Management:Handle end-to-end order processing for large equipment import transactions.Prepare and manage customer quotations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Coordinate with HQ factory, logistics teams, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Contract Administration:Draft, review, and manage sales contracts including L/C terms, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Track contract milestones, renewals, and amendments.Work closely with legal and finance teams to mitigate risks and resolve contractual issues.Revenue Recognition & Financial Coordination:Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/US GAAP).Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile sales data and resolve discrepancies.Monitor the payment progress to ensure customer’s in time payment.Sales Forecasting & Reporting:Generate and analyze sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.Provide actionable insights to sales and management teams to support decision-making.Maintain accurate sales records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).Customer master data adminstrator:Generate and analyze sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.Provide actionable insights to sales and management teams to support decision-making.Maintain accurate sales records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with sales, finance, logistics, and customer service teams to streamline operations.Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Other sales related tasks assigned by manager.

Education

Bachelor degree in business administration, management or relevant field

Experience

More than 5 years or above in sales and/or service administration (e.g. SAP/CRM experience)Experience in cross function collaboration with sales, customer service, logistics, accounting, cross-region peers and HQ administration.

Other skills

Good English communication and writing capability.Good knowledge on SAP/CRM , Experience in SAP S/4 HANA is a plus;  IT skills: all Office software, especially Excel, PPTKnowledge/skills: Customer Service, Logistics, Data Management & ReportingPersonality: Positive working attitude, passionate, high patience, team spirit, responsible, detail-orientedGood communication skills cross functions and regions, semiconductor experience is a plus
