Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, business administration, Marketing, or related field5+ years of successful sales management experience, preferably in Seeds business or Agribusiness in Algeria.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teamsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsFluency in Arabic and French; proficiency in EnglishAdvanced knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) softwareDemonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategiesIn-depth understanding of Algerian business culture, practices, and market dynamicsExperience in building and maintaining strong client relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics toolsSales management certifications and Key account qualifications are preferredWillingness to travel within Algeria as required
