Sales & Revenue Coordinator - Franchise
Job Requirements
JOB PURPOSE: Provide clerical/administrative support to Director of Sales & Marketing, Sales & Catering Department & Revenue Manager.  

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Delphi Administrator: add new staff to Delphi/Network, merge document tasks, enter monthly pickup, run Delphi reports and additional tasks as neededWeekly distribution of BEO’s Batch Daily distribution of catering change log and daily events listing Make files & maintain Sales/Catering filing systemProper stocking of Sales and Catering marketing collateral.Office Supply Ordering Collect Sales & Catering Inquiry Information via phone or in person (walk-ins) Handle Distribution Process of new contractsCreate/Revise Room Blocks & process individual room reservations/room lists  Weekly copying & distribution of group resumes Create Donation forms as needed

·        Other duties as assigned.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):

·        Must be at least 21 years of age.

·        Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently to interact with staff.

·        Basic mathematical skills

·        Computer literate to create special forms

·        Interpersonal skills to deal with staff.

·        Valid Driver’s license required


REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED.Three to Five years of hospitality or administrative assistance.

GROOMING:

All employees must maintain a neat , clean and well-groomed appearance. Specific uniform guidelines and/or required articles of clothing will be explained to you as part of the orientation process.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

·        Office/Hotel setting; Shift work; Required to work weekends, holidays, and overtime   

·        Standing-5% /Walking-15% /Sitting-80%; Office setting.

·        Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
