What will you do: 

Conduct outbound calls with B2B customers from the IT industry to provide information about product’s features, special offers, events etc.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions including updating contact information in the CRM

Gather feedback from resellers on follow up processes and business opportunities through email or outbound calls

Advises resellers of vendor marketing campaigns

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

Strong knowledge in German - C1/C2 level

1+ years of customer-facing experience (will be considered as an advantage, but not mandatory)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A customer-driven approach and goal-oriented mindset
