SmartBiz is Amazon’s flagship initiative to enable Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands in India to launch, scale, and succeed using our ecosystem. The SSR (self-serve) channel is central to scaling seller acquisition and driving seller success by streamlining onboarding, ensuring go-live readiness, and extending Account management support.
We are looking for a high-ownership, analytical, and process-driven Sales leader to scale the SSR charter.
Key job responsibilities
• End-to-end Ownership of ASSR Process:
o Manage and execute the lead pipeline from seller onboarding to post-launch engagement.
o Liaise with Sales, Account management, Marketing, and Seller Success teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Process Optimization & Automation:
o Identify process gaps and build mechanisms to improve launch TAT, accuracy, and throughput.
o Partner with Tech/BI teams to drive automation and improve visibility into key metrics.
• Stakeholder Management:
o Act as the single point of contact across internal and external stakeholders during onboarding.
o Work cross-functionally with agencies, marketing, product and support teams to unlock growth levers for D2C brands.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting:
o Maintain dashboards and regular reporting cadences.
o Track key KPIs (e.g., time to launch, product completeness, catalog hygiene, marketing readiness, etc.)
• Seller Success Enablement:
o Provide onboarding guidance to sellers and ensure they meet Amazon SmartBiz standards.
o Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation to help sellers scale independently post-onboarding.
