Temporary Remote Status. Office in Fort Lauderdale being created, then will be hybrid.
**$65-75k plus Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, & PTO Benefits, Plus Bonus**
**Sales Representative (Account Executive) for Miami/ Ft. Lauderdale, FL area**
**Must have Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the aviation industry, including MRO or parts sales (brokerage), or related fields such as customer service or supply chain.**
**Location:** Full-time, in-office (Travel required 25–30%, based on location)
**Job Overview**
We are seeking a **proactive, results-driven Sales Representative** to drive new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will bring **exceptional sales skills** , a **proven track record of exceeding quotas** , and **deep knowledge of the aviation industry** , specifically in **MRO or parts sales** .
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Identify and target potential customers** using various prospecting methods.
+ **Qualify leads** and move them through the sales pipeline.
+ **Communicate the value** of products/services to both potential and existing customers.
+ **Conduct software demonstrations** to showcase functionality and benefits.
+ **Develop and maintain strong relationships** with clients.
+ **Understand customer needs** and propose tailored solutions.
+ **Negotiate and close deals** to meet or exceed sales targets.
+ Utilize **CRM tools (HubSpot)** and the **Microsoft Office Suite** to track daily activities and report to management.
**Must-Haves**
+ **Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the aviation industry** , including **MRO or parts sales (brokerage)** , or related fields such as customer service or supply chain.
+ **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
+ **Excellent written and verbal communication** and **interpersonal skills** .
+ **Proven experience in exceeding sales quotas** .
+ **Strong negotiation and closing skills** .
+ **In-depth knowledge of the aviation industry and software solutions** .
+ **Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot)** and **Microsoft Office Suite** .
+ **Ability to travel 25–30%** for customer meetings and industry events.
