Job Description

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused professional to take on sales and technical support responsibilities for ZF components mainly but not exclusively in the off highway (OH) business within Iberia. Join us to help grow our market presence in line with our strategic and profitability goals.

 

What you can look forward to as Sales Representative Industrial Iberia: 

 

Visits and regular meetings of OH customers and strategic partners, handling complex and important negotiations Monitor customer market trends and prepare structured information for the internal stakeholders Ensures collaboration of proper price definition with all stakeholders, both external and internal Support the development and execution of sales targets, annual Business Plan, and multi-year Strategic Plan, ensuring market presence and alignment with ZF Group policies Sales interface between customers and workshops with regards to service (e.g. internal approval workflow, quotations, planning, etc..) Technical reference of the customer Suggest and promote latest technology as well as available components in ZF portfolio in order to acquire new applications Manage the technical definition and clarification of the scope of supply of the component

 

Your profile as Sales Representative Industrial Iberia: 

 

Bachelor Degree on Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Strong problem-solving and pragmatic decision-making skills Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (written and spoken) 2–3 years of experience in the OH business, ideally in the aftermarket segment Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners Excellent team player with collaborative mindset Skilled in negotiation and complex deal handling Comfortable with frequent customer visits and field presence
