We are hiring for a Sales Representative who will be responsible for the region of Czech Republic and Slovakia and become part of the Aftermarket Process Filtration team located in Terrassa, Barcelona.
The selected person will be focused on developing and increasing the aftermarket business in the mentioned countries by selling via phone and following a well-designed sales process and CRM usage.
This role requires excellent communication skills in contacting many kinds of customers in a professional manner to develop valuable relationships with customers and increase profitable sales.
What will be your main functions?
Promote the sales of replacement filters, parts, and other catalog products in your region via phoneFocus on your region to achieve sales goals and overall customer contactMaintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accountsResolve customer issues/problems and make recommendation for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase salesMake standard quotes for the supported customers and follow-up by phone all open opportunities (both pro-active and reactive requests)Independently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize individual and territory sales impact to grow the businessKeep informed of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity, and share this information with colleagues for better strategic placement in the marketplaceMake written and oral presentations to customers and industry groupsMay travel to customer locations occasionallyWhat profile are we looking for?

Requirements:
Higher education or equivalent through experiencePrevious experience in a sales position, preferably at east 2 yearsLanguage skills: Czech and/or Slovak, as well as EnglishGood technical skillset to understand our productsGood CRM knowledge and other PC skills to allow quick customer “on the spot” supportWhat do we offer?
