The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling loupes and light systems with superior magnification and resolution to healthcare clinicians. The role will play a crucial role in driving sales and building and maintaining relationships with healthcare clinicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategically develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goal.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships in assigned territory to become a trusted advisor and support company branding efforts.
Utilize CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.
Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support sales.
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training to healthcare clinicians.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory.
Collaborate with various departments including Customer Care, Technical Support, and Manufacturing to ensure prompt and quality customer service is provided.
Contribute to product innovation by obtaining insight from healthcare clinicians and working with others and contributing new ideas.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional material.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights to the management team.
Attend industry conferences and events to expand our network and promote products.
Travels domestically (ground/air) up to 60%

Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience required, preferably in the medical device industry.
