**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Ready Mix Sales Representative serves as a liaison between customers and the company by identifying
and contacting current and prospective customers, generating sales proposals and servicing existing
accounts. The role is responsible for customer base expansion, driving sales revenue performance, achieving sales
targets while focusing on quality customer service.
**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
+ Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all workenvironments and areas.
+ Conducts sales and marketing activities to generate new leads.
+ Tracks sales activities through CRM system. Reviews plans and specifications in collaboration with Quality Control Personnel. Quotes prices, prepares proposals and provides information regarding terms of sale and delivery of products and services.
+ Builds and fosters customer relationships. Keeps abreast of marketing trends and changing customer requirements, and communicates them to management. Plans and schedules visits to existing customers in assigned territory per timeframe set by the department; suggests products for customers to order, and facilitates problems to be corrected; establishes and maintains rapport with customers and client publishers in order to continue a positive business relationship for the company.
+ Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project number of contacts to be made; follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Attends operational meetings and participates in strategic planning for the company. Represents the company at regional and national industry conferences and trade exhibits. Partners with the company’s communication and marketing team in development and preparation of sales and marketing materials.
+ Identifies and works with internal departments towards resolution of customer concerns.
+ Prepares a variety of status reports, including trends in territory, upcoming events, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals; reports on special developments, information, concerns or feedback gathered through field activity. Addresses and resolves customer service inquiries and requests. Performs other duties as assigned.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
Education: Bachelors degree or 5 years of equivalent experience
