We are seeking an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Whether you're an experienced professional or looking to launch a new career in automotive sales, we’ll provide the training and tools you need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Greet and guide customers through the vehicle buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Subaru vehicles
Listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends
Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications:
A strong work ethic and desire to succeed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Automotive sales experience a plus—but not required (training provided)

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,560.00 to $151,900.00, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
