GENERAL MISSION:
- Apply the commercial policy defined by the management and control its implementation daily
- Develop sales on the channel for which he is responsible.
- Manager and develop the skills of the sales team
- Manage and develop the relationship with the regional Wholesales customers entrusted to him
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Management:
- Drive and motivate the sales team for create a strong spirit of teamwork
- Go with sales representatives during field tours
- Provide support to sales representatives during difficult negotiations
- Coordinate priorities in terms of training and technical support
- Responsible for the rapid integration of new recruits
- Prepare and organize business meetings
Customer management:
- Manages regional key account customers personally and ensure the optimization of their turnover in relation to the profitability criteria as defined by the management
- Ensure that the commercial policy is properly implemented, e.g. compliance with the rates, the terms and conditions, the key counter-parties, the price, the product ranges and brands by network
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
- Higher economic education or equivalent experience
- Significant experience of negotiations with regional accounts
- Significant experience in the management of sales teams
