Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual who will play a pivotal role in guiding customers from their initial inquiries through to the point of sale. You will be highly engaged in the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the dealership's success.

ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries regarding new and pre-owned vehicle inventory via telephone and internet.Answer customer emails and responses daily.Promptly address incoming sales calls and customer inquiries.Determine vehicle needs by asking questions and listening to customer requirements.Recommend alternate vehicle choices when necessary.Stay updated on new products, features, and accessories, and suggest these to customers.Make daily follow-up calls to customers according to a predetermined work plan.Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.Develop and consistently implement a prospect development system.Set appointments with prospects to visit the showroom or meet at a location of their choice.Meet with prospects during appointment times to review vehicle choices and features, work through the sales process, and finalize purchases and paperwork.Establish, implement, and maintain personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards.Occasionally move vehicles from the lot to the front of the store for test drives and accompany customers on test drives.Essential Skills2+ years of face-to-face customer service experience, preferably within the retail or restaurant industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively via email, telephone, and in person.Comfortable with data entry tasks, recording customer information in the customer service database.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.Work Environment

This position is located at the dealership in South Philadelphia, where you will have your own cubicle equipped with a phone and computer setup. You will be part of a team of approximately five sales representatives and sales managers. The dress code is business casual. The work schedule is as follows: Monday (9am - 7pm), Tuesday (9am - 3pm), Wednesday (9am - 7pm), Thursday (9am - 3pm), Friday off or as arranged with the team, Saturday (9am - 5pm), Sunday off. You will have one day off during the week, which can be coordinated during the interview process.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
