Position Overview

A growing pest control company is seeking a results-driven Residential Sales Inspector to identify, assess, and close sales opportunities. This role involves conducting on-site inspections, evaluating pest issues, and recommending effective solutions to residential clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, referrals, and inbound inquiries.Manage 4–6 qualified leads per day, including current and former customers.Perform detailed property inspections using a standardized 27-point checklist.Diagnose pest-related issues and present tailored treatment plans.Coordinate with service technicians and operations staff to ensure smooth service execution.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in a service-based sales role (e.g., pest control, roofing, construction).Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to close.Comfortable with outbound calling and lead follow-up.Proficient in Excel and familiar with service-related CRMs (e.g., Jobber, Housecall Pro).No degree required.Key SkillsSales & Lead ConversionOutbound CallingCustomer ServiceWhat’s OfferedCompetitive pay with performance-based incentivesOpportunities for advancementPaid training and ongoing support

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
