Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
**Sobre la posición**
Comunicación continua y monitoreo de la información de campo sobre lanzamientos de categorías, actividad competitiva, aumentos de precios, estado de PSM, niveles de inventario y otros datos relevantes a considerar.
**Responsabilidades**
Ubicación: Base: Tamaulipas (Altamira, Madero)
Viajes a Tuxpan Veracruz, Costa Rica - Veracruz, San Luis Potosí, Ciudad Victoria, Tampico, los traslados son de manera mensual, vía terrestre.
+ Responsable de canal moderno de autoservicios: Soriana, Chedraui, WalMart, Bodega Aurrera.
+ Liderar a un equipo de 8 promotores a cargo en las ciudades.
+ Trabajar para la promoción de productos como: ChocoMilk, CAL-C-Tose, Fórmulas Infantiles.
+ Compañía a punto de venta.
+ Comunicación continua y monitoreo de la información de campo sobre lanzamientos de categorías, actividad competitiva, aumentos de precios, estado de PSM, niveles de inventario y otros datos relevantes a considerar.
+ Responsable de liderar el rendimiento de los vendedores promocionales, así como de estandarizar el trabajo y la ejecución, asegurando la disciplina laboral entre ellos, capacitación y coaching.
+ Gestionar la entrega oportuna del material Producto para Evaluación Profesional de acuerdo con las políticas de la compañía con el fin de cumplir los objetivos corporativos.
+ Conocer y dominar los productos de la compañía y del mercado nutricional, mediante la permanente actualización y aprendizaje, para garantizar la calidad en la visita médica y así lograr los objetivos corporativos.
**Experiencia**
+ Conocimiento de al menos 1 año en autoservicio de canal moderno: Soriana, Chedraui, WalMart, y Bodega Aurrera
+ Recién graduados y/o con carrera terminada, preferentemente Mercadotecnia, Administración o afín
+ Perfil orientado a autoservicio.
