Caterpillar’s Global Construction and Infrastructure (GCI) division is looking for a talented and passionate **Sales Representative** to join the North America Work Tool team, covering 7 Cat dealers across 6 states in the Pacific Northwest region.
**Role Summary** : In this role, you will manage assigned dealers' relationships to market company products and services and assist in the development of dealer sales capability.
**What You Will Do (Job Duties)**
+ Design and assist dealers on the forecast, sales strategy planning, and sales techniques, supporting the rollout of new products.
+ Perform regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed.
+ Act within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions.
+ Present products or services to stakeholders, answering any customer questions, and addressing their needs.

**Top Candidates Will Also Have**
+ University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
+ High level of autonomy in work with strong drive and organizational capabilities
+ Knowledge of Caterpillar products and applications
+ Previous experience of working in a multinational company and matrix organization
+ Experience in previous commercial roles involving dealer and/or customer facing interactions
**Additional Details**
+ Work location: Boise, ID
+ Travel: 50% within assigned territory (ID, CA, OR, WA, MT, AK, HI)
+ Domestic relocation is available
+ A company vehicle and cell phone stipend are provided with this role
+ When not traveling, this role will be required to work from our Boise, ID office
**Summary Pay Range:**
$87,480.00 - $131,280.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
