Meaningful Work From Day One
This role is responsible for managing the overall distribution, visibility, and promotion of accounts within the assigned key areas, playing a critical role in achieving commercial success by developing key customers and delivering sales and visibility targets.
What You Can Expect
Manage channel-specific partners and expand accounts across bars, hotels, and restaurants
Establish and manage monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance
Collaborate with brand headquarters and the marketing team to execute on/offline promotions
Builds strong relationships with customers within the assigned coverage area.
Gather and report insights on market trends, competitors, and consumer responses
What You Bring to the Table
3-5 years of experience in Sales or Commercial roles within the FMCG or Beverage industry.
2+ years of experience in the FMCG / beverage industry (On-Trade).
Someone with a strong interest in international spirits, especially those who have experience selling whisky or have a desire to do so.
Someone who is open to building new interpersonal relationships required in sales and maintains a positive attitude without reluctance.
Valid driving license.

Strong commercial skills and customer engagement to drive sales, profitability, distribution, and visibility.
Ability to connect and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders, including Trade Marketing, Logistics, and Sales Operations.
Experience in the Alcohol Beverage industry.
Experience in Trade Marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
