Sales Representative, Petrochemical & Refining

We are hiring immediately for a Sales Representative in our Petrochemical & Refining sector located in the San Francisco, California Area - a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

What you will do: 

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share within the petrochemical and refining industry, focusing on power and HVAC technical rental solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutionsLeverage deep industry knowledge and technical expertise in power distribution and HVAC systems to effectively position and sell products and servicesIdentify new business opportunities and expand the territory by prospecting, networking, and attending industry events and conferencesCollaborate closely with engineering, project management, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met and solutions are delivered successfullyMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches and maintain a competitive edgeAchieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business within the assigned territory.

We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:

3+ years of direct sales experience selling to Petrochemical and Refinery customersEntrepreneurial MindsetMust possess a sales hunter mindsetUnderstanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systemsProficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
