Sales Representative, Building Services & Construction

We're looking for a Sales Representative- Building Services & Construction (BS&C), in the Minneapolis and surrounding states which will help us power progress for our customers

What you will do:  

Cold calling, account management, presentation development, closing deals

Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders

Selling equipment rental and services to our Datacenter customers

Developing and executing an annual territory sales plan

Partnering with the operations and logistics teams

Partnering with the operations and logistics teams

You will have the following skills and experience:

3-7 years of direct sales or technical sales experience.

Proven track record of success in sales

Entrepreneurial Mindset

Proficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Successfully maintained a sales quota of $5 million annually

Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
