Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
**About the role**
Embark on a fulfilling journey as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with Reckitt. **Your responsibilities**
+ Promote and sell the company's portfolio of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies.
+ Identify, approach, and convert new prospects into long-term clients.
+ Lead the negotiation and execution of new sales contracts with pharmacies.
+ Achieve or exceed sales targets, through selling, negotiating and through the execution of the company’s 3D (Distribution, Display & Detailing) objectives with assigned geographical zone
+ Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular visits, calls, and updates.
+ Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
+ Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, regulatory, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery of services
+ Increase distribution, comparing assortment in the point of sale and reporting incidents.
+ Cherish that the net is working with good conducts and according to the company philosophy and values
**The experience we're looking for**
+ Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level ideally in a business-related subject.
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in the pharmacy industry
+ English: Advanced (written, oral and spoken)Portuguese: Fluent (written, oral and spoken)
+ Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
+ Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
+ Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams
+ Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
+ Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
+ Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
+ Ability to think outside the box
